Both the car park and centre entrance are located off Cool Store Rd.

Cool Store Rd can be accessed off Frankston-Flinders Rd by turning between the Holden and Ford car dealerships, or off Marine Parade by turning between a large block of flats and the Catholic Church.

Alternatively, turn onto Cool Stores Rd from the Victoria Street roundabout.
