Concessions are available for chiropractic consultations if adequate identification is provided and for children under 18 years of age.
Save Money with Family Consultation
Many people with chiropractic extras health insurance can save money by bringing their entire family in for treatment. For example, Lysaght's Peoplecare provide a rebate of $25, leaving a gap of $18 for the patient. When a family of 4 attends for an appointment, a rebate of $100 is paid, leaving a gap of only $20 (or $5 per person). Missed Appointment Charges
Due to the increasing number of patients who do not arrive for appointments, we have been forced to implement a missed appointment charge for chiropractic appointments. Failing to present for an appointment not only inconveniences your treating practitioner, but disadvantages other patients who were on waiting lists for appointments. A missed appointment fee of $20 will now be charged when patients fail to provide 8 hours notice. The fee will also increase for serial offenders.
The missed appointment policy for massages is 8 hours notice for 1/2 hour appointments and 24 hours notice for 1 hour appointments or the entire treatment fee will be charged.
